Plan/Spec Bids

Our in-house Estimators are focused exclusively on providing timely bids for the Commercial Plan/Spec market. HVAC Distributors, Inc. is a proud member of numerous industry associations. We have access to hundreds of projects out for bid. If your project is not available online, we are happy to accept blueprints. As an added service, if we are awarded the bid, HVAC Distributors, Inc. will provide submittals as well as operation manuals free of charge. Customer Service
Our customer service representative tracks each order entered, alerting customers if there is a delay in their order being shipped. No more waiting at a jobsite hoping your order shows up!

Jobsite Delivery
Jobsite delivery for rooftops is standard practice. Tell us when and where you would like them delivered and our driver will arrive at the jobsite, with your rooftops loaded on a flatbed trailer, making the lifting and placement of each system effortless. Blue Print Copying

HVAC offers blue print copying to all customers and is prepared to meet even the most immediate need. Make your copies immediately on site or leave your originals at the front desk and make arrangements to pick them up at a later time. The cost of the service is $3.50 per copy plus tax
