Branch Manager
Scranton, PA

We are offering a challenging opportunity for a Sales Management Professional to utilize their talent and experience to drive performance and profitability at our Branch in Scranton, PA.  In this Leadership role you will wear many hats having ownership of the branch sales, finances, facilities and operations. We will provide you with state of the art tools such as Eclipse ERP and SalesForce CRM, plus support from our Corporate Headquarters in Mount Joy PA. General Description of Position:  Accountability for Branch Operations, Sales, Branch Training, Employee Development and overall performance and profitability of the branch.

What we do:  HVAC Distributors, Inc. is a regional distributor and manufacturer’s representative of a complete line of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, water heating, and energy management products to the residential and commercial construction and replacement markets. We differentiate ourselves from other distributors and representatives in the region by coupling the product side of our business with full service application, marketing and training support. We currently employ over 100 full and part-time team members in 6 branches that provide sales, delivery, marketing and technical support to customers throughout Pennsylvania.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales - Develops, submits for approval to Designated Senior Manager, and executes annual sales and marketing plan focused on the acquisition, development and growth of both new and existing branch customers in the assigned Branch territory.

Operations - Analyzes trends in equipment and parts sales; Recommends product additions and deletions per customer/sales demand and works with Inventory Controller and Purchasing to provide adequate stock levels.

Finance- Maximizes sales and margins while controlling all costs and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI).

Leadership – Accountable for selection, performance and development of all branch personnel.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or five years’ sales experience with at least 2 years in branch management or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Valid Class “C” Drivers License with good driving record.

Manager, Marketing and Product Management
Mount Joy, PA

We are offering a challenging opportunity for a Product Management & Marketing Professional to utilize their talent and HVAC experience to grow product sales & drive the Company’s marketing initiatives.

General Description of Position:  Supports product sales growth and market positioning through effective development and execution of the company’s Product Management and Marketing strategies and plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan Strategy Development - Develops and presents to Dir, Sales and Marketing annual Marketing & Product Management plans and budgets to support desired company  growth and financial objectives; plans will be based upon comprehensive customer and vendor product marketing analysis and include specific strategies for both commercial and residential products and markets.

Product Management Plan Execution - Analyzes trends in equipment and parts sales; Recommends product additions and deletions per customer/sales demand and works with Inventory Controller and Purchasing to provide adequate stock levels.

Performance and Profitability - Defines and delegates management of assigned lines and categories to Product Manager(s), and ensures consistent achievement of all related deliverables.

Marketing Plan Execution - Ensures effective implementation of annual Marketing Plan.

Education and/or Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in Marketing or related; Masters Degree in Marketing or related preferred.
  
• Minimum 7 years related marketing and product management experience in HVAC industry.
• Prior managerial experience.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in HVAC industry managing multiple products.
