HVAC Distributors holds ServiceBench Training webinars on ServiceBench on the first and third Tuesday of every month at 10:00 a.m. Each webinar lasts approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and covers the following topics:

Setting up users in ServiceBench
Registering your Equipment in ServiceBench
Purchasing an Extended Warranty
Placing a Claim

LOGGING INTO THE WEBINAR - There is no need to pre-register, approximately 5 minutes before the scheduled webinar, click the "Join the Webinar" link above. From there you can click on Service Bench Warranty Training, then click Join. Once you join the webinar, you will be given instructions on how to dial into the presentation, or you can use your computer's speaker system.
